I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my struggles! The overall experience was so below par, I almost thought about giving a decent review — but, alas, I just couldn’t, too many issues to overlook!

This was just an excellent fit for a two-day stay in Leon with high value for money. The shower was refreshing after a long day exploring. Make sure to ask for a quiet room if needed.

The rooms lack comfort, as evidenced by cramped quarters with three small beds instead of the booked queen. The whole place seems like it's stuck in the past. the reception furniture looks dingy, and the overall decor needs a serious update. Rooms emit an unpleasant stale smoke smell, especially on the seventh floor, with air conditioning that feels outdated and barely functional.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. Breakfast was hearty and nicely presented, offering a solid start to the day.
